Welcome: Kara Floersch
Hello! My name is Kara Floersch, and I am excited to announce that I am joining the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation team as an intern. I am currently a freshman at Kansas State University, where I am studying Business. I am originally from Clay Center, and my parents are Aaron and Morree Floersch. My mom, Morree, is the Clay Center Community Improvement Foundation's Executive Director, and her nonprofit work has always inspired me.
I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to contribute to an organization that positively impacts many lives. Nonprofit work has always interested me, and I am excited to learn more about how GMCF operates and how it serves the community and surrounding communities. I look forward to gaining valuable skills and experience that will help me grow personally and professionally.
When not working or studying, I enjoy playing golf and spending quality time with my friends and family.
I am eager to make the most of this internship and to play a role in the meaningful work that GMCF does.
