In 2022, the YES! Fund made significant contributions to Big Brothers Big Sisters, which greatly enhanced the mentor program of the club. Big Brothers Big Sisters holds a crucial position within the community, where dedicated volunteers are matched with young individuals, forming lasting bonds throughout the year. These matches participate in enjoyable activities such as bowling or crafts, resulting in an immeasurable positive impact on both the mentors ("Bigs") and the mentees ("Littles").

The generous support from the YES! Fund plays a vital role in sustaining the club's operations by providing financial assistance for the salaries of Match Support Specialists (MSS). These specialists are instrumental in ensuring the success of the mentorship program. They offer valuable support to the youth matches, overseeing visits and providing training to the mentors. Through the diligent care of the MSS, the club can effectively measure the program's achievements through a strength and relationship survey conducted every three months for each match group.
