UFM Community Learning Center is a creative educational program serving the Manhattan area. UFM offers classes and program activities for all ages and interests. UFM serves as a forum for exchanging ideas and a catalyst for new programs and services that enhance the quality of life for all. They received a Great through Great Manhattan for $10,000 toward the UFM Community Learning Center’s Project EXCELL. This program provides personal enrichment and life skill classes to adults 18 years and older with developmental disabilities. Students learn independent living skills, gain confidence, and improve their interaction with the program's various students, volunteers, and instructors.
