National Conference for Growing Community Foundations

The GMCF staff recently attended the 2024 Annual National Conference for Growing Community Foundations, held in Wichita, Kansas, from October 15-18. This event brought together community foundation leaders, decision-makers, board members, and staff nationwide to connect and explore ideas impacting communities nationwide.
Themed “Empower, Engage, Evolve: Community Foundations Shaping the Future,” this year’s conference offered 48 sessions covering various relevant topics. With so many learning opportunities, each participant gained unique insights and perspectives to bring back to their communities.
